The 4 Recovery Pillars

The R-3 heats to three precise temperature levels — 40°C, 55°C, and 60°C — giving you full control over how deeply the warmth penetrates.

Start at 40°C for gentle warmth that gets blood moving without intensity — good for the end of a long day or first thing in the morning. Move to 55°C for moderate heat that reaches deeper into the joint tissue. Use 60°C when you need the most penetrating warmth — after heavy physical activity or when stiffness is significant. Most people start low and increase over the session as the joint warms up.

The R-3 has three vibration levels that work on the joint mechanically — moving fluid, reducing stiffness, and helping the area feel looser after sustained stillness.

Vibration works differently from heat. Where heat increases blood flow, vibration physically moves the fluid that settles around a joint when it stays in one position too long. That's what causes the stiff, locked feeling after a long day at a desk. Level 1 is a gentle pulse. Level 2 is moderate. Level 3 is the strongest setting for areas that feel particularly tight. Use heat and vibration together or separately — the R-3 runs both simultaneously by default.

The R-3 fits the knee, elbow, and shoulder using one brace and a set of included extension straps — no separate purchases needed for different joints.

The brace wraps around the knee directly out of the box. To use it on your elbow or shoulder, attach the included extension straps to the sides of the brace — these extend the wrap length to fit the different circumference of those joints. The straps connect via the side attachment points and secure with the adjustable fastening. The brace measures 51cm × 28.5cm and fits most adult joint sizes across all three locations.

The R-3 is fully cordless during use, charges via USB Type-C in approximately 180 minutes, and runs on a battery rated for approximately 5 years of regular use.

Charge it like you charge your phone — plug in via the included USB Type-C cable, wait approximately 3 hours until the indicator shows full charge, then use it cable-free wherever you are. Each session runs for 20 minutes and the device shuts off automatically — no timer needed. Rated power is 7W. There are no cables to manage during the session itself.
