Most people who want to train at home end up with one problem: they buy a fixed weight and outgrow it within weeks, or they buy multiple pairs and run out of floor space within days. The K-4 solves both problems in a single compact footprint. One dumbbell, four weight settings, nothing else on your floor.
The K-4 Performance Pillars
The K-4 uses a V-shape collar locking mechanism that physically anchors each weight plate to the handle before you lift.
Unlike standard spin-lock systems that rely on friction alone, the V-shape collar seats into a groove on the plate — the plate cannot shift or rattle during movement. Before each set you confirm the collar is seated and locked. The mechanism is mechanical, not spring-loaded, so there are no components to wear out or fail under load. Plates stay exactly where you put them.
Adjusting the K-4 from 1kg to 4kg takes under 30 seconds — no tools, no gym equipment, no separate storage needed.
Slide the collar off, add or remove a plate, seat the collar back into the V-groove, lock. That is the complete process. The four weight settings — 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg — allow you to increase in the smallest meaningful increments, which matters when you are building strength consistently rather than jumping between weights. The entire set stores in a drawer or on a small shelf when not in use.
The K-4 is designed specifically for home and flat use — it operates silently, takes up less than 30cm of surface space when resting, and does not damage floors.
The flat-sided base means the dumbbell sits stable when you put it down mid-set. It does not roll toward walls or furniture. For floor exercises — push-ups, renegade rows — the flat base provides a stable platform rather than the rounded contact point of a standard dumbbell. No noise, no rolling, no floor marks. Suitable for carpeted or hard floor surfaces.
The K-4 handle is textured along its full length to maintain grip through an entire set without repositioning your hand.
The texture runs the full usable grip zone. Whether your hands are dry at the start of a session or wet toward the end, the grip pattern keeps the dumbbell stable in your hand without requiring you to squeeze harder to compensate. A secure grip means you focus on the movement, not on holding on.

Add the K-4 to Your Training System
The K-4 pairs with The Zero-Equipment Athlete blueprint which covers progressive resistance training and how to build a structured home programme without a full rack — available with your order.
Before You Use
Read the included instruction guide before first use. Always confirm the V-shape collar is fully seated and locked before lifting. Inspect the locking mechanism before each session. If any component shows signs of wear or damage, do not use until replaced.
Consult your doctor before beginning any new resistance training programme, particularly if you have existing joint, muscle, or cardiovascular conditions.
