The V-2 fits into a standard door frame using a leverage pressure system — the bar braces against the frame under bodyweight load, which means the heavier the user the more secure the fit.


The mounting mechanism uses the physics of leverage rather than adhesive or screws. The bar presses outward against the door frame casing at two points, and when weight is applied the downward force increases the outward pressure — the bar becomes more secure under load, not less. This is the standard design used across all door frame pull-up bars. Installation takes under 30 seconds and removal is instant. No marks, no holes, no permanent changes to the door frame. The V-2 steel frame is rated to a maximum load of 150kg and provides a stable platform for pull-ups, chin-ups, and hanging exercises without flex or movement during a set.


Frame rigidity during a hanging exercise is the critical safety specification. A bar that flexes under load creates instability that increases injury risk and reduces exercise quality. The V-2 includes multiple grip positions — wide, narrow, and neutral — allowing you to target different parts of the back, biceps, and shoulders from a single bar.


Wide grip pull-ups target the latissimus dorsi and outer back. Narrow grip shifts emphasis toward the lower lats and biceps. Neutral grip (palms facing each other) reduces shoulder joint stress and is often the most comfortable starting position. Having all three available from one bar means you can vary your training without changing equipment or position.


When removed from the door frame, the V-2 functions as an elevated push-up and tricep dip stand — raising the hand contact point above floor level to increase the range of motion compared to floor push-ups.


Elevated push-ups allow a deeper chest stretch at the bottom of each rep — a range of motion that floor push-ups cannot achieve because the hands cannot go below chest level.
